Shipping policy

Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout. Shipping rates are provided in real-time by the carriers. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your products ship. Use that tracking number to check the delivery.

At the beginning of every year, shipping carriers make updates to their shipping rates and services. In 2019, the overall cost to ship using UPS, USPS, and DHL Express will increase

Changes go into effect December 26, 2018
Retail rates will increase by an average of 4.9%

DHL Express
Changes go into effect January 1, 2019
Retail rates will increase by an average of 5.6%

USPS
Changes go into effect January 27, 2019
Retail rates will increase across the board
The cost to ship using First-Class Package Service will be based on both the package’s weight and its destination
The cost to ship large, lightweight packages (balloon pricing) with Priority Mail will be calculated differently

Packaging: 3-5 days
Domestic: 3-7 days shipping time
International: 21 days shipping time

Calendars
Production/ Manufacturing time: 14 days
Packing: 3 days
Domestic: 7 days shipping time
International: 21 days shipping time

Clothing
Production/ Manufacturing time: 6-14 days
Domestic: 5-7 days shipping time
International: 21 days shipping time

Footwear & Accessories:
Production/ Manufacturing time: 15-20 days
Domestic: 5-7 days shipping time
International: 21 days shipping time

Parts
Vary for Production time to manufacture and package (usually 30 days)
Domestic: 7-10 days shipping time
International: 21-28 days shipping time

Pre-orders
Production/ Manufacturing time:

Home products: 10-15 days

PRISONS
• Please note that if you are sending magazines to a prison, it is your responsibility as the buyer to verify that the prison will accept magazines.

• Please note that prisons open all mail and if they deem the inmate can not have the magazine they may return it to us, throw it away or keep it. It is their decision.

• If the magazines are returned back to us we will return your money for the magazines but not for shipping. To resend the magazines again to the prison or to you, you will need to pay shipping again.

• Make sure the address includes the prison facility and inmate number.
